had an awsome day yesterday

woke up too early.

managed to rot in front of my laptop for about two hours, then went very slowly to shop for other people’s birthday presents and brought a ton of clothes to the tailor (something i’ve been planning to do for ages).

somewhere along the way yotam called and invited me to see daniel’s new project “three falling”.

the show was brilliant and it was followed by a awesome afternoon with the cast and friends.

i finally have a new phone that can take photos and videos (my last one couldnt) so here are some photos i took with it today:

in the photos: old jeans, jamming at danny’s, a robot that looks like he belongs to shiri on nahmani, bathing baby, upside down bedside plant and a fresh wound on k’s knee. did you ever see blood with such a magnificent color?

picnic

Saturday, December 13th, 2008

we went on a picnic today. picnics are fun, though i am not really fond of outdoor activities. especially when they involve nature.

once i even wrote a piece about this called OUTDOORS and cited it in front of a crowd of 20 people in a local cafe. it became an instant hit.

the picnic was nice and short. dianne and asher brought jahnun and salads and we brought tea and strawberries. as soon as we finished the food it started to rain and we went home.

sweat city

it was hell today in tel-aviv.

i was running late to pick up Noah, and i was doing it with a baby in my arms.

The tel-aviv summer in 32 degrees celsius, which might have been somewhat bearable, if it weren’t for the humidity. 70%.

I was dripping, melting, sweating, swimming in sweat.

Shalom Auslander sweats too

things i found in my street today

the drawing of the monster has arrows sticking out explaining it’s different parts.

i was a little sad that the kid who drew it lost it, so i hung it in our building lobby.
