You see us as you want to see us, in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But what we found out is that each one of us is a leprechaun, a monster, a cap’n, a tiger, and a rabbit. Sincerely yours, the Breakfast Cereal Club.”

note the big pot of cholent (with no cholent inside since i was in the process of serving it). this was the first time i made cholent and it came out pretty good. but i don’t think i will prepare it again any time soon, because it’s just too much hassle.
yotam always sends me the best items.
i like them so much, i gave him a tag.
but it seems a tag is not enough. he deserves more.
he needs a designated space.
this is why i came up with a weekly post called “yotam’s post”. (brilliant. i know)
i said weekly, but i can’t really commit to that. maybe i’ll forget to post or not feel like it. maybe yotam will be too busy to send me stuff (or really stress out by this because i haven’t told him yet).
ok. here goes. sweet meats by lauren venell:

and a mind boggling animation by paul robertson:

today james let me sleep late, so we didn’t go out for coffee even though it’s friday.
we went to pick up noah from the kindergarten together and passed through the supermarket on our way home. i told noah in advance i am not going to buy him anything so when i denied him some toxic juice, he started kicking at screaming. i still didn’t get it for him. (i did get some natural healthy juice instead)
when we got home, i tried to fight with james but he wouldn’t. my parents and brother came over for lunch, which was nice, if you disregard the screeming teething baby. (they brought the food so i don’t have to cook)
after everyone left i helped noah with his worksheets. (i don’t make him study. i swear he likes it!)

the broccoli pie i made for dinner was forgotten there, but surprisingly still is edible (but not really tasty). the caulliflower patties i made for noah came out really disgusting so they went streight to the bin. as a result, noah had a really strange dinner consisting of cold meats, pomela and strawberry yoghurt.
the day ended with the movie 1408, which wasn’t that good, but i didn’t expect much so i didn’t mind. we had cable tv for a few days now and i really enjoy the variety. (but i mostly enjoy conan)
that’s the end of the post i just forced my self to write so my blog doesn’t just disappear because i never have time for it anymore.
good night.
p.s. the photo is of a non burnt broccoli pie which came out very tasty.
I forgot Noah’s bag at the kindergarten before Sukkot Holiday.
I don’t remember packing this in his lunch box.
Apparently lunch theft is a big issue where sherwood forlee works, and this is why he created this artificial mold covered sandwich bag.
