If I’m breastfeeding while watching big brother
does my baby get stupid?

As a breastfeeding mom, it’s inevitable that my breasts be exposed at one time or the other.
When my baby wants to eat, I don’t care if we’re alone at the privacy of my bedroom or in the middle of a crowded mall, I’m gonna take it out and feed him.
I tried all sorts of methods to conceal myself while breastfeeding outside, like wearing a few layers of clothes so that most of my upper body is hidden, but I do live in a warm country, and when I say warm, I mean hot like hell, and when you’re dripping sweat, you don’t want to wear much more than basically nothing.
What I’m trying to get to is the fact that James Noah and baby Uri, of course, are all exposed to my breasts on a daily basis.
For those of you who are jeleous I wanna say: Don’t be. It’s not a pretty sight…
Noah is so sweet, smart, talkative and full of ideas. I love it when he speaks his mind. But no woman should EVER have to hear her son, or any other person, for that matter, saying:
“wow, mom! you have such LONG breasts!”.
I did not expect that, and although I can find humor in almost everything in life, I can tell you that this is something a woman NEVER needs to hear.
Even when it’s coming from her adorable loving four year old.

Today Noah won an Olympic medal for some very impressive jumps on the sofa.
He needed a place to rest so we made a tent out of beddings, chairs, pillows and an excersise mattress.
From the tent he had a very good view to the tv and watched about 3000 road runner cartoons.
Noah wasn’t the only productive kid in the house today.
Baby Uri made me a very proud mother today for having pooped at least three times. It has a very nice yellowy color, i have to say.
Uri deserves a new title: Colonel Mustard.
btw, i’m going to add an additional letter to Uri’s name. actually two. In hebrew it’s just one.
More about that some other time.
i have to go to sleep even though i don’t want to.
i want to stay up all night, but i can’t cause i have two kids.
i guess that’s a good reason.
come to think of it, i’m so tired

Bruce Mozert pioneered underwater photography.
In 1938, he was the only person in the world who had a waterproof camera.
Mozert stopped in Silver Springs, Florida, on his way to Miami. He never left.
He built a waterproof housing for his camera and for the next 45 years photographed amazing underwater scenes in the clear waters of Silver Springs.

filthy lucre is at it again

“Complex Shit”, a giant inflatable dog turd by American artist Paul McCarthy blew away from an exhibition in the garden of the Paul Klee Centre in Berne, Switzerland, bringing down a power line and breaking a greenhouse window before it landed again.

T-post offers a t-shirt subscription.
Every six weeks T-post designs a t-shirt based on a current news item and print the news item on the inside of the t-shirt.
You may not always hear about your T story from traditional news media, but in T-post’s opinion, you should have.
This T is from November 2005 and it’s news item is about the riots in Paris suburbs.
I like the t-shirts, i like the idea, but most of all, I like their models!
via it’s nice that
i have to go to sleep.
i wish i was focused and organized. instead of using wisely the little time i have between the kids, i keep installing new browsers and playing with twitter and blip. very unproductive.
Noni got back from Denmark yesterday and brought Noah and me lots and lots of candy: Marcipan and Nougat and Wienerbrod. I am going to be so fat. I’m already way overweight because of the pregnancy. I know it’s normal and it’s really ok by me, but I don’t have to go wild and eat like a pig all day. this is only making it worse!!!!
He also brought uri a really cute toy I want to post about here. cause Uri has three very nice toys now that deserve a post. i will do it tomorrow.
now back to the nice book i’m reading now: Glennkill by Leonie Swann.
Did I mention I have new glasses?
